I love my regions bank branch always helpful and courteous
Doesn’t know how to answer the phone. I am in college In tuscaloosa so when I have questions, I call. I have called almost every day in the past two weeks And my phone call has not been answered yet. I am now having to drive two hours Just to talk to an employee About a simple question that could’ve been answered over the phone.
