As usual I have at least two things to take care of when I go into this branch. I have found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. The teller line is great in handling the business being transacted. Also the special treatment of the gentleman helping me with changing my address did a good job and I was out of the bank in a very short time. Great experience yesterday.
Great people the only complaint is they have to many fees on your banking needs were other banks gives you free checking and savings and etc. I wish the big office managers would treat customers better about fees who are seniors and develop senior programs
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have banked with these guts for a long time and they change their policy's and don't even let you know. They always have high fees and hidden fees I definitely don't recommend trusting them with you money.
