5 employees in the office, not one greeted me and directed me until I finally asked to whomever might be listening... where am I supposed to go? At that point the teller said there is one person ahead of you so be seated and we will call you. I didn't wait at all when I visited the bank two days ago. Dewaine is so helpful and solved all my needs within 15 minutes.
I had a good experience at this branch. I needed to cash a check during a lunch break which they were able to meet my banking needs in a timely manner. Hassle free parking and good service will bring me back every time.
