I have a Paper ID from the DMV and was treated like illegal alien and sent on my way and wouldn’t let me close my account with under $8 in it. Rides gentleman i ever spoke to. Seem very soft and nice at first until i told him why i wanted to close my account and then he got weird. (Garnishment) That i am unaware of and think is fraud. I came to him with personal information and he was going to close my account with my paper id then decided not too. Completely embarrassed me . Regions is not a bank I will ever do business with again. I was treated like I was a criminal. Decades long relationship that was clearly one sided. Regions is an institution that is uninterested in helping its customers. Stick with smaller banks and credit unions.
Found they were difficult to deal with...will be moving my money
