Worst bank. I got $2000 stollen out of my account and refused to look back at the cameras to see it was not me making withdraws. When you go into the branch and ask for help, they just tell you to call a number. Then you call the number an get transferred 9 times. They are not helpful! I would not recommend to my worst enemy! So glad I moved banks!
I am from Germany, live here in Cleveland and am waiting for my Greencard. I needed to get a bank account without the need of an SSN. They were so very friendly (I was at Regions Bank in 20 N Ocoee Street) and made it possible. I got my credit card at the same day. Whenever I had to do any business regarding my money/my account, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful!
