Don't ever bank with Regions bank if you are going to have a joint account. They have this crazy policy about when you have a joint account & you & your spouce split up, you cannot take your name off of that account without the other person, on the account, is with you. If they overdraw the account, you are responsible for it if they don't pay for it. They said that you either have to come in together or you would have to have a lawyer!!! Stupid, huh? Just ask them about it. This is the truth!!!
