The employees working the counter are rude & careless. We've had a business account for almost 10 years now & they turned our customers checks away with no reason. After given the run around they stated the bank manager Dailynn was on an EXTRA long lunch break & would call me when she had the time. I called another branch & they were happy to take care of the issue with a simple help ticket. DO NOT waste your time with this branch. Poorly managed & poorly staffed.
Will never in my life bank with regions again My husband and I got a bank account here. Told me they dont run your credit to get a bank account. A week later after my husbands check is deposited they called and told me our account was frozen and I either needed to have my husaband stay on the account by his self or it was going to stay closed if I didn't remove myself. We needed a joint account not my husband on one alone. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this bank They could do better.
They are always friendly and helpful. Most of the bankers remember me.
