Literally had to call over 10 times to try and get my card unlocked before they closed for the weekend and they don’t even have anybody that can do it there even though they don’t close for another 30 minutes won’t answer the phone to give me corporate’s number

Bo Lillard is the best!! He has a sweet and inviting energy, it’s always a wonderful time talking with him. He’s helped my husband and I many times with different banking needs. Regions on Paul huff has become my favorite bank to go to!
I’ve had Regions Bank for over nine years and the first time I ever get into a situation and I submit $2000 via Zelle to a bank that does not have Zelle. Therefore, the account in my activity shows as failed yet the bank took the money and in a month and a half has not yet returned it to me, I have had to call multiple times to the 800 numbers and to every single branch around me, including this branch in particular and nobody cares.
