I just want to say, I read all the bad reviews and today this bank is Amazing 🤩 the employees there are pure genuine people they are nice and friendly never miss a beat. I love my regions family I open my account almost 3 years ago best decision ever made.

I have to say, this is the best branch by far. I went to the one in Miami Gardens because my account was locked. They literally did nothing and they talked in Spanish right in front of me about me while sitting at a bankers desk knowingly I don’t speak Spanish. Very uncomfortable feeling. Cristopher at the branch in Hollywood is amazing. Helped me from A to Z. Give the guy a promotion he truly exemplifies A+ customer service. Thanks Cristopher if you see this!
