Horrific customer service, they lie to you over the phone in the fraud department even though you were scammed out of your own money. They tell you they won't place a provisional credit on your account until the investigation has completed- only if after their investigation shows you were wronged. That can take up to 90 days!! If there were no more banks & Regions was the last one on earth I would stop banking!

Sometimes you have to let the miserable stay miserable. I deposited money into my account and while doing so the person pictured had an attitude and was complaining about the money I handed to her under her breath. She kept muttering things that you normally keep to yourself, like "this money is dirty" "there's stuff on it." I'm definitely not going back to this clerk.
Luis Cohen is a terrible worker no effort to help a customer out. It seemed like I caught him around lunch time and he was annoyed. I had to go to another branch and get some help.
