Pure mediocrity and incompetent branch manager extremely unhelpful and not wanting to do her job. Called for help about my account and the branch manager had zero clue how to help and literally told me “I don’t know how to fix this or help you” isn’t that your job? Or at-least try to, gave me zero solutions and kept saying “well I don’t see that here” even though I was looking at it on my phone it’s okay though the Oakwood branch was helpful and their manager solved my problem easily with zero problems. It’s literally always something when I come to this bank. I try to pay my credit card with 2 different debit cards and the lady kept saying that they won’t work. They also put almost all of my info wrong when signing up for it so I don’t get any emails, phone calls or anything about my credit card because nothing was put in right. If your thinking about banking here save yourself the trouble because no one that works here can help you
