I love all Regions Banks,especially Thompson Bridge Road!!!!!All the other banks in my long life time, were focused on customer care,now just get a check.ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. 😍
Pure mediocrity and incompetent branch manager extremely unhelpful and not wanting to do her job. Called for help about my account and the branch manager had zero clue how to help and literally told me “I don’t know how to fix this or help you” isn’t that your job? Or at-least try to, gave me zero solutions and kept saying “well I don’t see that here” even though I was looking at it on my phone it’s okay though the Oakwood branch was helpful and their manager solved my problem easily with zero problems.
