Very friendly people. Never had a problem.
Waited 9 minuets to speak to someone listening to commercials over and over. When someone finally answered she said I can hardly hear you and ended call. To call back have to wait again listening to the same annoying commercials. What ever happened to a person answering the phone?
Waited in line for 10 min while three tellers slowly got ready at 130 in the afternoon. Line grew from just me to 5 people. Still salt in abundance outside in front of the door a month after our light snowing. The teller looked extremely unprofessional with some fake nails missing. Horrible customer service, horrible building upkeep. Never been to such a poorly maintained Regions.
