I was the only one in the drive thru making a simple cash deposit! It took 8 minutes!!! The window lady said she was the only one working when a different girl took my deposit!! Then when I called to talk to branch manager, Glenda answered the phone and asked why I needed to talk to her. When I told her she snickered on the phone!!! What??? Are u kidding me? I still have not heard from the branch manager- I guess I will call back Monday!
Worst bank ever. Regions is awful. Poor customer service.
