Unfortunately I had to give a star to submit this review. On yesterday I called the 1800 # 4 times (with no resolution) to inquire about a returned check when not only am I opted into overdraft protection, but I transferred enough money Enternally (the SAME DAY 7/5/24 as I made a payment to a creditor ) from 2 of my other accts to insure that the payment would be covered and receiving confirmation email that it was AVAILABLE on that ( 7/5/24) date. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this location. Went inside on Friday afternoon to have a legal document notarized. Have never had a problem in the past with getting anything notarized. I’m told they no longer notarize legal documents. Really? Then what do you notarize? I’m sent down the street to the UPS store where I had to pay $15 to have one legal document notarized. I’ve had an account with this bank for at least 20 years and can’t get anything notarized.
