I just waited an hour and a half in this Bank to get declined to cash a check that the US Bank cashed in no more than 3 minutes flat. Why is that? I also saved $153 because the regions Bank was going to charge me $160 to do with the US Bank did for 7.
Well I've been here for an hour. Trying to cash a check that needed verified. Instead of helping me they counted change and helped each other prepare for their drawers. Told me they would get to me when done. I feel like I'm a burden on the tellers. They would rather not help me if feels. I don't know what to do.. just keep waiting. I don't want to come back.
