I just had a similar experience. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the bank manager tried to help me but the complaint department would not. I am now out $130 in fees.
This bank continuously charges you for overdraft fees even if they are the ones overdrafting your account and then will hit you with ANOTHER overdraft fee. I tried to call and explain to them I just got laid off my job due to business being slow and yet they didn't care and told me they couldn't help and they don't refund fees. I even ha my account overdrafted by 1 cent and immediately put it back in and they were quick enough to charge me a 35.00 overdraft fee and refused to remove it again.
