Small branch location....
One of the workers in there have a real nasty attitude
I called the branch because I was having problems accessing the door to the atm with my card. I spoke with a banker who was extremely nice and let me know if my card was damaged I could come to the location and retrieve a replacement. I was excited when I went the next day and the card reader was fixed because I usually get off when the bank is closed. So I was grateful that they listened, took in to consideration what I said and fixed the problem expeditiously once it was brought to their attention.
I was VERY pleased I chose the 88 Union Ave. location to open my first Memphis area checking acct. yest. I didn’t even wait in line before being assisted by Hailey Johnson. She made it a breeze to get signed up! I would ask for her anytime I have questions or further transactions in future.
