I always enjoy this one. certain teller. She is knowledge and friendly always smiles.
This is my neighborhood branch and I never mind coming in for assistance. They call to check on me periodically and make sure I’m aware of options that might fit my needs. They never hesitate to invite me in if I have further questions and my most recent visit addressed all of my concerns. I appreciate their business in South Memphis and it appears they do a good job helping all their customers with different needs! Their customer service is recommendable and I’ve only ever been treated well.
My first personal bank account with a real bank. Their friendly, courteous, prompt and extremely down to earth people. They'll make you feel like you have known them like family!!!
