My fiancée and I went into the branch to open checking accounts. My fiancée had never had an account with Regions so we knew we were in the clear for her account. At least that’s what we thought. A female employee looked at my account information and I was told that I had a recent account that was $15 owed but it can’t and won’t stop me from opening a new checking account. I had a great experience today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by may I help you. Once I informed her of what I needed, she responded I can help you. She was very polite and efficient. My in and out time less than 5min. I greatly appreciated the service.
