Ms Blakely , my personal banker , is super. She treated me with kindness and empathy. I'm a resident of a nursing home due to a rare disease, I can't walk. On a Saturday morning, during a driving rain storm she came out with her umbrella to meet me and assure me she would have a checking account open that morning with a debit card. She is my hero. She did everything as promised.
The location on Old Dawson Rd is too small for privacy of your personal transactions. A customer in line told another customer to be careful with his large sum of cash, she was too close in line observing his business. Regions needs a larger space for waiting customers in line or a wait here sign. STOP waiting customer so they will not walk up behind customers being served.
I’ve been standing in line over ten minutes while only one teller is working as fast as she can. There are four other employees that are just sitting at their desk talking versus helping her. There’s no teamwork being displayed here. I’ll opt for other locations from this day forward.
