WARNING! My grandfather left a savings account for me at Regions Bank. He went into the nursing home. After a few years Regions Bank sent one letter to my home in an envelope that looked like a bank statement. The letter was informing me that the account was inactive and it was going to be closed. The Regions Bank on Dawson Road is my favorite branch where I do my banking. It's truly remarkable that the drive-thru representative consistently knows me by name and delivers exceptional service with a genuinely professional, warm and thoughtful demeanor. I enjoy my interactions with her each time I visit and look forward to my next visit. In my opinion she surpasses exceptional standards! She really makes my day!
I came into the bank on 7/8 and deposited a check into my account from the bankruptcy trustee right there in Albany Georgia and they placed a hold on my check until 7/17 which is more than the 7 days the it's suppose to be and I really didn't even get an explanation as to why the check was being held for so long until I called the customer service number than I was told $275 would be available on 7/10 which never happened they have already received the funds and are holding my check hostage worst bank I have ever dealt with
Ms Rosemary was a good person to work with she helped me and my mom get our debit card situated and she was over all helpful and courteous and good customer service
