Love the Regions Branch at the Promenade. I’ve been a Regions customer for over 54 years ( even before it was Regions! ). I enjoy the convenience of the branch to bank with. And I enjoy the great customer service from this branch
Regions customer for 25 years, 2 horrible experiences, with 2 different people at the Chenal location. I am closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
Both employees were very helpful. Great job, team! The staff at this branch has consistently been courteous and helpful. Since I first started doing business in the Chenal area, I’ve only experienced prompt and courteous service.
This branch on Chenal, since I’ve been banking with them for the last 7 years have been nothing but great. They take their time to understand your issues and work with you with such kindness and consideration. I recommend this branch to go and visit, you’ll be coming back!!
