Absolutely the worst bank in the state of Tennessee
I visited the Regions Whitehaven South location off Shelby Drive for the first time and I needed immediate assistance. Thankfully Nikki Rodgers was on duty and she was so professional and patient and walked me through the process that I needed to take and she was able to help solve my issue. I am so grateful and appreciative to her for her great customer service.She should be recognized for such great service. JW was also so helpful and professional.Great team at Shelby Drive.

Jheri was super friendly and kind. I wish we had biz reps like her bqck home. However, I can't can't 5 star any bank that thinks it's OK to close BEFORE 5PM.
