After receiving a mailed invitation offer for $400 I met with the bank lead Shirkera Sparks. She was extremely knowledgeable helpful great customer service and very easy to talk too. She brought up bank fees, benefits, other offers. She was very professional and followed up on all of my questions and provided great feedback. I would highly recommend her to any other perspective client
I went through the drive thru and met and incredible associate her name was Q Epps and she literally made my day. I was just thinking we need more associates who not only care about their jobs but care about the environment and the people who are in it.
