Horrible location, I went to this location multiple times about my funds being locked for no reason they continuously give you the run around instead of just honoring their word on when they would do things. Not to mention, an hour before closing they ignore the phone.
Love the convenient location. Easy in and out. Fast friendly service.
This is a horrible branch. It used to be OK, but since they decided to make Devoney Lohnes the manager, it has gone way downhill. I went there to get a certified check, and they made it out to me. Not from me, to me. Why would I want a certified check to me. This cost me a deal. Then she said it was my fault for not double checking their work. Maybe it was. I will never go back to this branch while she is a manager, and i am starting to move my things away from Regions as a whole to a bank that hires professionals.
The ATM goes down at such random times at this location
My dad recently passed away. Alvin was extremely helpful when my mom and I had to visit to make changes to their accounts. He helped with her online account, as well. He then helped again to offer advice on the best account when my husband and I had to get another account. I appreciate the help Alvin offered during a very emotional time for our family.
