Katherine at Mt. Juliet rd branch was very helpful and thorough.
They don't work with you if you have an issue they don't wanna listen
Horrible location, I went to this location multiple times about my funds being locked for no reason they continuously give you the run around instead of just honoring their word on when they would do things. Not to mention, an hour before closing they ignore the phone.
Love the convenient location. Easy in and out. Fast friendly service.
