I arrived at the bank with my daughter and was completely ignored by your staff for an unacceptable period of time. Not one banker offered a greeting or asked why I was there, despite being clearly visible as I entered and sat down. Angela, the same banker who originally opened my account was present. She looked directly at me and still failed to acknowledge or assist me. This is not the first time she has acted oblivious to my presence in the branch.
