This is the worst idea for a bank I have ever seen. There is no way of knowing who is next to be waited on. I will never stop in this branch again no matter how nice the employees were
Bad business. I have a Regions account. I went to my local branch to deposit a check as cash. The teller told me that she couldn’t cash the check because it was issued from a different bank. I’ve deposited checks as cash there before, no issues. But I drove to the other bank and paid $8 to cash the check, as I’m not a customer with them. I go back to Regions to deposit the cash and discover through a different teller they could have cashed my check all along. I came to Regions to close one account, purchase a CD and request a credit increase. Miss Areceli is my banker of choice at the Austin Peay location simply because I have always worked with her. She has been my go-to Banker for a couple of years and she takes great care of all of my banking needs. She does an outstanding job. Very attentive to my needs and gives me really good advice.
