This bank has the worst setup to help customers. Since there aren't any cashier windows, you sit in the lobby,or stand if there aren't any available chairs. Explain to me how can the cashiers know who is as they say, 'next in line.' There is no sign in kiosk like Orion nor an outdated ticket system. That can a lot of chaos because people now are not respectful nor courteous. I walked in,saw people sitting looking confused, I walked right back out and went to the Bartlett branch. You all need to get it together.
Horrible bank. Horrible service.
This is the worst idea for a bank I have ever seen. There is no way of knowing who is next to be waited on. I will never stop in this branch again no matter how nice the employees were
