Most of the staff is always friendly and professional, but Ms. Shannon in the drive thru is always smiling and very respectful and willing to help. She genuinely cares about her customers. If she is there, I know my business will be handled correctly
Staff was friendly to certain people. Leah Kelly wasn’t knowledgeable on the accounts I wanted to open. She kept giving me the run around. Her customer service skills was poor. Leah definitely needs more training.
