I was sick and made a late payment on a nearly payed of credit card. I asked the representative if they would remove the late fee and was told that they did. Instead, they did not and add d even more late fees to my bill because of them not removing the late fee that they promised to remove. They also lie about giving customers $50 for recommending people to use their bank. I recommended that my Ladies club use Regions and was not given the $50. I do not recommend this bank!
seem like they are busy with customers and let you sit and wait..even customers that come in after you ... I do not get seems like you have to know someone to get service here or a lot of money
