Relatively new to Columbus, GA I had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany, one of the drive thru tellers on Whittlesey Rd. when I called the branch on Friday morning. I’ll say, hands down, the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in quite some time. She was not only extremely helpful and thorough, but an overall pleasure to speak with.
