I disagree with him leaving a seven day hold and Paula did not have good customer service
I was told by at least 3 employees that my CD would auto renew, for the same rate, they checked to see that I was in a region’s bank the time of my renewal, but said I was only checking on my profile, that was the only reason I went, while I was on vacation.
