I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst. Bank. EVER! I had 750 taken from my account. I put in a fraudulent claim with Regions and they said it would take up to 10 business days to process. I called a week later to check on the status of the investigation because no one had called me for any additional information and the bank teller acted like he didn’t believe me when I explained what happened to my account. The banker who spoke with me was efficient.He was quick to help with any question and he explained everything neatly..I want to say thankyou to him and to the lady that helped with the opening and cash deposit.also I called in to get help with the app setup and the lady did the most to help.
