This branch and its managers, Levi Halverson and Alex Van Senus have been ever so helpful each time I met with them, but the top people in Birmingham should do more to prevent fraudulent charges and, once I've disputed them, go after the perpetrators and get me a refund from them. I have been banking with Regions for almost 20 years and the employees are always friendly and helpful. If I ever have a problem they are available to assist me as needed. I am very pleased with Regions.
Don't try to do banking on a Friday afternoon or after a holiday. I went by this afternoon and it took over 10 minutes to make a deposit as there was a single teller for both inside and two drive-through lanes.
