I was immediately received by a representative upon entering this branch and had my needs promptly addressed. I would drive several miles out of my way to visit this branch again and want to personally thank this branch for the service that they provided to me.

My friend referred me to open an account which I did. We were promised $50 each once I fulfilled all the criteria which I did. After 3 months we started inquiring about it and we have been given the run around. I have called costumer service over and over. He has also. Now they tell me the offer has expired. I filed a complaint but instead of someone contacting me I have to call back and go through the whole thing again with someone new.
