Mrs. Taylor was in office from red bank location and she was awesome!!! Highly recommend!
I've had it with this bank. I never need anything from people here. I leave my credit cards in my office 1 day. I have 100 dollar bill and ask for 5 20 dollar bills and they cant help me out. I will be closing these accounts shortly. Absolutely ridiculous, that no one will help me with 1 request that I have had in over 20 years in a branch. This is the reason we all prefer online banks. You go and ask someone in the branch and they say no just stupid. But I dont expect anything less from Regions.

Over 20 minutes to cash a check!! I took a check to be cashed and they refused service through the drive thru because I was not an account holder, even though it was a Region's check I was cashing. 3 people were behind the counter and only 1 person was helping customers. There's nobody in the drive through line outside and they still refuse to make eye contact with me and the 3 people behind me. Came in to get some paperwork done. Seen the manager for help. And I got the feeling that I was a nuisance and a waste of his time. Atm only works half the time maybe. I will be closing my account and bank somewhere the employees actually are helpful and respectful.
