They need to get a manager that will assist customers and help the staff when they are busy, as they are always understaffed. I wanted to open an account today at 3:30 and the manager couldn't help me because they close in an hour at 4:30, while the manager wasn't helping anyone.
Excellent Management, Excellent Staffing, Great location. I've been with Regions and/or their predecessors for 65 Years! Plan to keep on "keeping on". ****** six stars!
I usually have a good experience but today was different..I had to go somewhere else to do my banking. Brainerd Rd disappointed me...
