Over 20 minutes to cash a check!! I took a check to be cashed and they refused service through the drive thru because I was not an account holder, even though it was a Region's check I was cashing. 3 people were behind the counter and only 1 person was helping customers. There's nobody in the drive through line outside and they still refuse to make eye contact with me and the 3 people behind me. Came in to get some paperwork done. Seen the manager for help. And I got the feeling that I was a nuisance and a waste of his time. Atm only works half the time maybe. I will be closing my account and bank somewhere the employees actually are helpful and respectful.
I have been with Regions since day 1. In the past, there were tellers at each station and the wait time was practically nothing. The turnover now is unbelievable with the tellers. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The problem is, there is not enough tellers. Most of us come sometime during work, and need to get in and out as soon as possible. They need to get a manager that will assist customers and help the staff when they are busy, as they are always understaffed. I wanted to open an account today at 3:30 and the manager couldn't help me because they close in an hour at 4:30, while the manager wasn't helping anyone.
Excellent Management, Excellent Staffing, Great location. I've been with Regions and/or their predecessors for 65 Years! Plan to keep on "keeping on". ****** six stars!
