I love this place and they make me feel like they are my family
I'm a local and used to bank here. They mistaked me and my fathers name and withdrew money out of the wrong account. Had to go to court and file a motion to squash to get the money back. And on top of that they charged me a convenience fee to take out the money that I never received even though the judge gave the money back and said they were in the wrong.Save yourself the trouble and go to old hickory credit union.
