I have been banking with regions over 20 years. This location staff was rude and unwilling to help.they made us wait 30 mins just to speak with someone while other employees were chatting in one of the back offices. Once back, the lady was rude and unwilling to help. I wouldn’t bank here
Just went to deposit $2500 at their ATM since I get off work later than they’re open and go into work before they open. The ATM did not go through nor did I receive my money back. All I got was a piece of paper out of the machine. Now I have to miss work because their machines can’t work right. Thanks! Never banking here again!!
