I went just to do other business but the kindness and availability given to me made me want to keep doing my personal business with Regions. The Reps were knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything told to me. You will not be disappointed.
Every time I come to this branch it takes a long time. Hire these wonderful people some help. And why is this the Only location that can Not print me a new card.
Customer service is a concept lost on every staff member I’ve had the unfortunate experience of interacting with. Every small thing seems to be a huge hassle. I can’t recommend enough considering a different bank entirely.
