I am a new customer to Regions. I didn't realize that there was a branch next me on Lamar. I must say I was very pleased with the service I received Friday at the drive thru teller and the services I receive when I go to the Shelby Drive Branch. They always helping me even though I don't have a account
I had the opportunity to deal with Katrina Reeves and this lady did EVERYTHING she could to stop me from accessing my deceased mother and my disabled brothers accounts. This location really needs a manager who actually manages. All I got from her was "I don't know" or " I don't know what to tell you"...I did everything I was supposed to do legally to obtain access to these accounts and she had the nerve to tell me that I had to make an appointment, NOOOO!!
