So far worst business banking experience ever. I'm locked out of my brand new acct. Can't pay my employees and now I have to take time out of my busy day and ignore clients so I can run by a branch and fix this. One week I've had this account one week and so far it's made doing business harder not easier. The banker who opened our account was amazing so far everyone else has been unhelpful.
I feel like I was lied to by a representative. Regions bank touts a check cashing service which initially converted me over to regions from a digital bank. They told me not only does this service not exist but never existed despite it being on their website, me stating it has been used before, despite my willingness to pay any fee because the money I was cashing was going towards moving to this area and as an anxious person I like to have my thumb on the pulse as much as possible. I had a commercial customer write me two checks went there to cash the checks and they're going to charge me a minimum of $5 per check what a joke Will never ever do business with a company ever that plays this kind of games with people enjoy your $5 that you didn't get from me
