I have always appreciated that great service I have received from the tellers and most recently from the Branch Manager, Jordan Gerhardt. I am actually getting ready to move my other accounts from a local bank to Regions. I hope they never move to pure online because the "brick and mortar" storefront is a big benefit for me.

Talked to Jordan St Charles, Br Mgr. Basically called me a liar because I told him I called Monday and was told he on 2 hour lunch break. He wanted to argue and I felt did not care why I called. 😖 No wonder low reviews compared to other local offices. Listen to recorded conversation.

So far worst business banking experience ever. I'm locked out of my brand new acct. Can't pay my employees and now I have to take time out of my busy day and ignore clients so I can run by a branch and fix this. One week I've had this account one week and so far it's made doing business harder not easier. The banker who opened our account was amazing so far everyone else has been unhelpful.

I feel like I was lied to by a representative. Regions bank touts a check cashing service which initially converted me over to regions from a digital bank. They told me not only does this service not exist but never existed despite it being on their website, me stating it has been used before, despite my willingness to pay any fee because the money I was cashing was going towards moving to this area and as an anxious person I like to have my thumb on the pulse as much as possible.
