I really wanted and hoped for this experience to go well with this bank as this is who my husband banks with and swears by. But that was not the case. I opened an account at this branch in Wentzville and within days, before even receiving my debit card for the account, I received notice that it had been closed. I have been banking with Regions for a few years and have circulated 100’s of thousands of dollars through the account. I had $104.97 worth of fraudulent charges on my account. I talked to the fraud department and talked to Jeremiah branch manger at St. Charles MO and instead of crediting me or handling the fraud that apparently took place on line, he said I have to try create documentation or present something from a non existent action. I find this to be an outrage.

I unfortunately had a not so good experience visiting the drive thru at my main branch location on Summer. I had already waited for a while in line because the person in front of me had some issues of some sort but we know this happens sometimes. The problem that I had was when I made it to the window and gave the lady my deposit it seemed like she was not very attentive and made others on the right side line more of a priority.
