Due to this bank, I’m a victim of Identity fraud. They have lax methods on verifying if an SSN matches the person opening an account. However, if u want to close a fraudulent account, then they ask for verification and hang up on you. I reported them to the DFPI, the FTC, the BBB, and filed a police report.
The company that I work for banks through Regions so we come to this location at least three times a week, we have not had a single negative experience. The women at the front end are extremely inviting, warm, and willing to help. It's a trip my team and I all look forward to making. Thank you to the Chesterfield Regions team!
