If you are looking for a shitty bank, don't miss this one! Today, December 27, I came to make a transaction and they told me they had no system! I felt like I was in a 3rd World Country! I don't know what I was thinking the day I decided to open an account at this bank.!!!!
I received very bad and then rude service at Regions’s branch in La Vergne,Tn. I arrived before 9:25 AM because I used Uber and I did not wish to hold up the driver any longer than I had to. There was a male teller assisting a customer and a female teller speaking with some bank employee. They conversed for a few minutes and I thought she would call me to her area, which did not happen. They conversate too long with customers WHILE it’s a long line of people who don’t have all the time to be sitting in a bank waiting to withdraw money, I was sitting in a line for 20 minutes (also next in line) the don’t care about the dozen people in line.
