Staff are nice and friendly, however, their policies have caused me to loose a couple thousand dollars to hackers. When i drove 1:30 back to unfreeze my account (i realized I couldn’t get my money and was screwed), they informed me that i cannot bank with them ever again. AND they have yet to send me my money. I cannot access my money in any way shape or form, it is going on 8 days now.
Today I came by with only so much time to spare to open a new checking account. Drew went above and beyond to make sure I was in and out and made sure I understood everything. He even took it upon himself to fax some documents for me and kept a light conversation during the wait time. The service I was provided by Drew today was phenomenal!!
