Great service but low interest rate in savings/checking.
We’ve banked with regions for many years. We’ve always made our payments on time, and never over drafted. We call and ask for help (in the form of a deferred payment) because I’m getting a new job and they pay monthly. They claimed they were unable to, but offered to do an “loan modification”. Amazing that they can’t grant a simple deferred payment, but can refinance a mortgage and gain a higher interest rate for themselves. While I can’t switch mortgage companies at this time due to interest rates being ridiculous, it will ... read more
