We’ve banked with regions for many years. We’ve always made our payments on time, and never over drafted. We call and ask for help (in the form of a deferred payment) because I’m getting a new job and they pay monthly. They claimed they were unable to, but offered to do an “loan modification”. Amazing that they can’t grant a simple deferred payment, but can refinance a mortgage and gain a higher interest rate for themselves. Would not exchange $100 w 5 $20s unless I had account. On foot dt NA abd could not manage a small favor. REALLY? Would not consider as a holder of my money!
