Adam Hansen at Regions was amazing! I came in with a few issues, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure all my problems were solved before I left. Great customer service — highly recommend him!
Ms Tracie Schultz made my banking visit great. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has Great customer service. Not pushy but very informative. Best banking experience I have had with a sit down conversation about my financial needs at the Green Valley Regions Branch.
My favorite branch of Regions; the managers, bank officers, and line tellers are always willing to go above and beyond in servicing my banking needs. At times I have to make an in-person visit inside the branch, and it's always well staffed, with everyone working together to assist their customers expediently and professionally. I’ve been with Regions for years and I have never got bad service until I came into this location! No greeting n the bank lady attitude was rude like she didn’t wanna b at work. Then had the nerve to tell me use the ATM cus “the computer” wouldn’t allow her to do what she needed to do! Never called for a manager to help assist! I’m only giving 1 because I have to! THEY NEED MORE FRIENDLY WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
