I have been with Regions ever since they took over AmSouth. I have always been relatively pleased with them, I have never really had any negative experiences. I am frustrated that I was unable to get approved for a signature loan. I had one and paid it faithfully with no issues. However, his time I was turned down. It is what it is. I do appreciate the the time the banker took with me, he was very personable and professional. Muy buen servicio, la asistente habla español lo que me permitió, entender mejor las recomendaciones.
Drive through is terrible. 15 minutes or more every time. They use to be better! Slower than a turtle. Recommend another bank or credit union if you are looking for good service. Went inside hoping to get better service, but ended up waiting even longer.
