Drive through is terrible. 15 minutes or more every time. They use to be better! Slower than a turtle. Recommend another bank or credit union if you are looking for good service. Went inside hoping to get better service, but ended up waiting even longer.
In July of 2024 Regions made an error on a financial product. On 2/20/25 it was discovered and Regions made good on the error. There was only kindness and desire to correct the error. I highly commend and recommend this branch to anyone seeking a financial institution.
Every time I go there I'm very satisfied with the service. Last time was on January 2025 last week and the counter lady couldn't help me at all so I decided to see a specialist and it was another story ,she help me quickly and very efficient. I'm not sure if the counter lady was new or what but because I don't have Florida driver license( I live in another state) she told me I can't get access to my account. Tremendo mal servicio la señora que atendía por que yo no sé hablar inglés me trató súper mal y no quiso atenderme muy mal de esta localización que te discriminen por no saber el lenguaje y además debería contratar personas que sepan tratan con atención al cliente
