The people are very thorough very attentive to the desires of their customers this is really a great bank with people who care
Next to Wells Fargo this is the worst bank ive ever had. First off, I deposited two checks into my account. Once insta deposit, the other normally. Both two payroll checks, directly from the same company. The second check had a 15 DAY hold on it, I call the customer service line, and they tell me they cant do anything about it, they cant tell me why, and theyre going to send a PHYSICAL letter to my house.
