I visited this branch on 7/18/22. They withdrew electronically $250.00 to open a “Secured Credit Card” for my son who also has his savings and checking accounts at the same bank. Matter of fact I’ve been a customer for 13 years. An employee filled out his application, and he signed every single piece of paper and we left on our way. Fast forward to 8/4/22. We were told the card would take 7-10 days to arrive. After not receiving any correspondence we make an appointment for 8/4/22 for 12 pm. We sit down with one of your empl... read more

I’ve always had a great experience at this bank. The tellers are friendly, professional, and welcoming every time I visit. Customer service is excellent, and the staff is always polite, helpful, and willing to answer any questions. It’s nice to do business with people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!
