Your webpage stinks
This bank is terrible !!!!!!!!!!!! They are closing branches left and right. I would recommend to seek another bank that has branches you can walk into.
On top of bad customer service, this location only has 1 atm, it’s in the drive thru, and it never takes deposits. I hate this location. It’s just THIS location.
They don't even deserve 1 Star in my opinion. I never contact or reach out for anything since everything I do is online. Due to the pandemic my family has experienced some VERY ROUGH times and no one here cared to even try to help my situation in the least bit. Very heartless. I'll be closing my account and finding a company that actually cares about there customers. P.S. Regions don't bother reaching out to me unless you care to REALLY HELP!!!!
I had an issue with a large deposit, due to Regions corporate policies. While I don't agree with the policies, Mike Neal did a very quick job of resolving the issue as soon as it was brought to his attention. Well done Mike! Regions is lucky to have you.
