I have been dealing with the Glencoe Branch of Regions for several months now because of being appointed Guardian and Conservator of my sister's account. The entire staff has been very helpful throughout this process. Kyndal has been the one that I have worked with mostly and she has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful with this process.

I get so tired of dealing with regions bank. I can’t even begin to tell you. I have Crohn’s disease and has been in and out of the hospital and I’ve been told they’ve been working with me on payments, but I get 15 different answers one told me that and the others said they can’t find that in my chart or they say I said something different even though these phone calls are recorded Today, a family member tried to help me by going in and paying my mortgage. I have utilized the Glencoe AL branch of Regions Bank on multiple occasions, each time speaking with Carol the branch manager. She has always been extremely helpful as well as understanding and polite. I much rather do my banking business with her and that branch over my local branch and others in Calhoun County AL which are not always helpful, friendly and at times are even rude. I recommend Regions and this branch to anyone looking for a good hometown bank for their financial needs.
