A year ago we purchased and combined two condos on an upper floor across the street. It was late on a Friday and we needed to do a quick load of laundry. I walked across to regions and ask for a roll of quarters for a $10 bill. The teller refused and said because I wasn't a customer they would not do that. I didn't ask her to cash a check I handed her a $10 bill for a $10 roll of quarters. She was very rude as well as the manager that came over.
