Great And Quick Service ...
MANY PROBLEMS. I've emailed regions probably 4 times with no response about this Selma branch. So now I'm going public. Really dislike the machines. I don't mind using those sometimes after hours. But I prefer a live teller. I travel often - this is the ONLY regions bank I've seen like this. One or more machines is always down. And sometimes won't do one more of of the functions. I've been with Regions a long time. This place needs a better customer experience. I could bank with whomever I want and have remained with Regions. This branch has me ready for a change. The wait time is unnecessarily long because it is always two or more reps helping 1 customer. Either better training is needed or hire more qualified employees to assist. No one speaks or acknowledge you for the most part when you enter the branch or stand there for over 10-15 minutes. The bankers in the office never come out to assist like... read more
