I've been with Regions a long time. This place needs a better customer experience. I could bank with whomever I want and have remained with Regions. This branch has me ready for a change. The wait time is unnecessarily long because it is always two or more reps helping 1 customer. Either better training is needed or hire more qualified employees to assist. No one speaks or acknowledge you for the most part when you enter the branch or stand there for over 10-15 minutes. The bankers in the office never come out to assist like... read more
This is the worst customer service in any bank in USA. The tellers are always playing on their phones and just sit and watch the customer. After25 minutes they will say next. It’s Friday afternoon and there aren’t any chairs left for customers to sit in. Standing room only! I come to this bank at least twice a month while sitting with my 94 year old Mother.
