Excellent customer service at the Cedar Falls branch.
I have seen some of the best customer service people at this bank branch. From Susan (who recently retired) to now Jennifer and Caresse. I just hope that Regions will work hard to bring more competitive products and services to this area.
The Cedar Falls Regions Bank employees genuinely care and offer honest financial analysis and advice from the information that they are given.
Returning customer. Great staff and they remembered me. Would highly recommend this bank.
I'd give it a 1. A couple months after we ipen the account, they moved. Didn't tell us at the time they were closing that branch. Multiple times they let withdraws go thru after repeatedly, including at opening, telling them I didn't want over draft. They don't listen and it's not personal. Closing my account. Holding my money and admitting that they can release it but laughed at me and told me no placed a 7 day hold on my account.
