Returning customer. Great staff and they remembered me. Would highly recommend this bank.
I'd give it a 1. A couple months after we ipen the account, they moved. Didn't tell us at the time they were closing that branch. Multiple times they let withdraws go thru after repeatedly, including at opening, telling them I didn't want over draft. They don't listen and it's not personal. Closing my account. Holding my money and admitting that they can release it but laughed at me and told me no placed a 7 day hold on my account.
This branch has the absolute best people. I live in Florida and was in Minnesota for a funeral. I needed to send my company payroll and was having trouble getting my checking account working with payroll. I rushed there, 3 hours away and they were kind enough to stay 45 minutes late to make sure I could help my people. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen.
