Hailey in the drive thru is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER had.
staff are inept
PSA: The Lynn Haven branch is down three staff. I learned this while attempting to receive customer service at this location. Mr. Downs had no apologies for any inconvenience, or any feedback regarding my frustration. Disappointed.
Jose needs retraining for customer service and basic etiquette.
