Convenient
there is always only 2 employees working at the teller and the lobby is full of people and you can hear people laughing behind a room while there is only 1-2 employees actually working helping them. It’s like there is only 4 people actually working the whole bank. I’m completely upset with the unresponsible employees that do not care about their customers. I don’t see the manager when they need to be there helping their coworkers, I never see them. Thank you to those employees who actually do their job
Very bad and slow service
The worst branch, there is only one person who is always running to solve for all people, Ms Babby, she's the only person with good attitude, Mr Fred Johnson the worst in attitude and presentation always has a bad face and does not help at all.
